I installed valves like these for my 1973 Sequoia in 1978. They are so much better than the original valves. The valves that I installed had Teflon seats. In the cold Minnesota winters, the Teflon shrunk and the valves leaked a little (nightime temperature down to 35 to 45 below zero for a week). By the end of sitting for a week, the tank pressure was very low.
